Norseman – One of the toughest races on the plant took place last weekend. Huge well done to our very own Neridah Lock on completing this

Commonwealth Games – last week saw the Commonwealth Games in full flight and the Brownlees standing tall once again as the Kings of the drafting triathlon world. Jodie Stimpson too proved to be untouchable in the individual as well as teaming up with the super brothers to win the novel and exciting mixed relay.

Big news in the triathlon world with Australia chosen to host the 2016 70.3 World Championships! The race will be held in Mooloolaba, a town already familiar with triathlon. Get ready to get yourself to a World Title on a couple of short years!

Open water swim this Saturday with Athlete Lab

Saturday 9th August 15:00 – 17:00. Frequency: Where: Tanjong Beach, Sentosa (meet at Life Guard tower – bikes/bags can be left there). Athlete Lab Coach: Wilson (98784113). Open and no cost to ANZA cycling members. Just turn up.
